As we continue to navigate through this uncertain time, our thoughts and continued prayers are for the safety of all of the CAVG family which encompasses all of you. The health and safety of our customers, employees, and community as a whole remain paramount in our concerns. As you know CAVG supplies the support, service and equipment necessary to operate for several fields of essential businesses including educational institutes, houses of worship and healthcare among others. A/V technology is allowing many of us to continue to work, worship and communicate in ways that would not have been possible just a few years ago. CAVG remains steadfast in our commitment to serve and support all of you through this difficult time.
We have implemented multiple changes in our operation to keep our employees and customers safe. Our physical office is closed to customers for the foreseeable future with much of our office staff working from home. However, we can still be reached via phone, email or website. Policies are in place to allow customers to pick up ordered equipment or have it drop shipped directly to their location. We have reduced the number of technicians available on each job site and require all employees to follow CDC guidelines. We will continue to evaluate this situation and make changes accordingly.
While CAVG remains open please be aware that not all of our supply chains are operating at their usual capacity. Additionally, many manufactures are working with back-orders or shipping issues. We ask for your patience and understanding knowing CAVG will do everything possible to keep your projects on track.
This is an unprecedented time for our community and the world at large. We’re all in this together and together we shall all get through it.
